WNBA fans react to Megan Gustafson’s perfect night vs. Indiana Fever

While facing fellow Iowa women's basketball legend Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (4-4), center Megan Gustafson had fans across the league enamored as she powered the Portland Fire (6-4) to a historic 100-84 win on Saturday from Moda Center in Portland, Ore., through a team-leading and new season-high 22-point performance.

In the 22-point outing by the eighth-year star, Gustafson shot a perfect 8-for-8 from the floor, 1-for-1 from 3-point territory, and 5-for-6 at the free-throw line, to accompany one rebound and one block in 28 minutes of action after starting in place of Luisa Geiselsoder.

The phenomenal performance by Gustafson also comes on the heels of her surpassing the 800-career-point plateau on Friday, with her 22-points against the Fever bringing her to 830 career points.
