The New England Patriots could soon add star receiver A.J. Brown to the roster.

New England has been expected to acquire Brown after June 1 from the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown will give Drake Maye a No. 1 receiver and bolster the Patriots' offense even more.
Although no deal is official, Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is eager for the potential move as he believes Brown will help the offense a ton.
“I think it would do a lot,” Stevenson said on Sunday, via Doug Kyed. “He’s a great player, obviously, one of the better receivers in the league. That's above what we do, so I just leave it up to the front office, but I know they're gonna get people here that could help.”
Brown and Romeo Doubs will form a one-two punch at receiver and make New England’s offense that much better, which already was solid after reaching the Super Bowl last year.

Last season with the Eagles, Brown recorded 78 receptions for 1003 yards and seven touchdowns. The 28-year-old is a three-time Pro Bowler and won Super Bowl LIX with the Eagles.
For now, however, no trade is official, but all signs point to Brown being dealt to the Patriots in the coming days.
